Went to Yasin Bungalows in late 2012 as a friends hangout trip over a weekend. Didnt want to spend 100+ SGD per night - hence chose this place costing around 50 SGD per night. The bungalows are situated right on the sea. Dont have aircon - only have fans. Bathrooms only have cold water & fixtures are old / patchy.... More

The bungalows were rustic, place is peaceful and clean. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you as you'll tend to find something not working in the room. Showering was hard as there's no water heater and the pressure of the water is inconsistent, and its a problem flushing down the toilet. Staffs were laid... More

We are just back from our holiday in yasin bungalow. We stayed in the bamboo house which was located close to the sea. Very decent place and worth for the price. The food was also good. We used to sister resorts swimming pool and water sports activities. The water was quite murky probably because of the weather. It was raining... More

I went there twice in 2010 and absolutely love the "rumah laut" sea bungalow. Very rustic and back to basic concept, it appeals to the city dweller like me. However I was back again one year later and was extremely disappointed in how run-down they let the place be. 1. Sewage system does not work in the sea bungalow. 2.... More

Had a fantastic stay in the sister resort (Agro) 2 months ago. So thought of trying Yasin and was attracted by the Sea Wooden Bungolow and the cheap price. The booking was via email. The contacting person was very friendly and informative. They have arranged for all the ferry and land transport (upon request), therefore we do not have to... More

Beach wasn't fantastic, not much to do around. The family that runs it was very nice and helpful, food decent, rooms decent. Cheap place to getaway.

So, it's been a week since I've been back from a short getaway to Yasin Bungalow and I'm still missing the fantastic time that my boy and I had together. Was first introduced to Bintan Agro through a blog and was delighted when i saw that it also offers budget over-water hut accommodation in its sister resort, Yasin. Immediately, booked... More

After hearing a few negative comments about how bintan is an expensive place for tourists, it was quite a surprise to find this little gem of a place on the bintan island. First of all, the trip started with a 1 hr coach ride from Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. Pickup was pre arranged with Yasin for convenience's sake. And i... More

We were a group of friends and went to Bintan for a weekend getaway. We started from singapore early morning and reached Bintan. The hotel is an hour's drive from the ferry terminal and the drive maskes you a bit nauseous. We reached the hotel and we were unable to believe that we got such a nice accomodation for such... More

We stayed here for three nights in the end of January, and though we did have rain on and off the whole time, it was still an amazing experience. The rooms are clean, big, and literally over the ocean. We loved the sound of the waves below us as we went to sleep. The staff is very friendly, the food... More
