It is close-ish to the airport. It does have that going for it. But as two friends traveling together it was disappointing that they didn't have the two twin beds we requested when we made the reservations. We ended up sharing a king bed. But the semen (or other whitish substance of unknown origin) stained cover on the bed had...

There's one good point about Hotel Utami: it is very close to the Surabaya airport. Honestly, the place is ok for a one night stay, the place was clean, nothing totally unacceptable like bugs or such.
