A current guest checking out today. We were previously staying at Sheraton. Having read the reviews about service and all, we decided to give it a try. Rates are almost comparable to Sheraton and Shangrila which is opposite is perhaps only 20% which is very minimal for Singaporeans like us. I got upgrade to Suit Room... :)) Many Thanks! the size is wasted for 'alone' me... nice clean room makes good mood and comfy to relax, the friendly staff is always helpful, the location is near to Ciputra World Mal and Surabaya Town Square. ...finally, the breakfast buffet is Excellent!

“nice hotel in good location”

Stayed for 9 days for business, this hotel have a nice gym and swimming pool, in-room dining menu also fantastic. It's located in walking distance to Ciputra World mall and also very near to toll road.

Nice hotel where you can find all needed accommodations. Rooms size are above average, comfortable and clean. Better to ask ahead when you want a “NON smoker room”. Staff is good and friendly. Food in restaurant is good and breakfast buffet is “perfect”. Swimming pool and Spa are very good.

“A busy business hotel”

Stayed one day for business (present a paper in a seminar). Checked in late Monday afternoon, found the front desk quite busy. Very good! Ushered to my room and immediately felt this is a nice place to sleep after a day in office.

Got there several weeks ago. The room was okay, bathroom okay, staffs were friendly and helpful. I got a room reserved on behalf of my colleague's name, but I still could check in to the room.
