Honestly, Surya was not my first choice, but since Royal Senyiur was fully booked for the weekend, I purchased hotel voucher for Surya. The friendly staff more than make up for the slightly dated facilities. The hotel is situated high on the slopes of an extinct volcano. This means that the weather is pleasantly cool compared with that down on the plain around Pandaan.
