hotel is in the center of malang city, and have a good service. room is big and bath room also ok.... at nite can see live music at cafe infront of pool...very romantic...:D food for breakfast also have lot of choice and delicious.. oia..it's only 15 minutes to ijen street or tugu malang. u can ask receptionist to call taxi.

This hotel left nothing to complain. The room was large enough, clean, airconditioned and relatively quite and there was wireless internet access in the room. The breakfast assortment and service in the hotel were also fine.

I guess Santika still the leading hotel in Malang. It's quite, nice and comfort hotel. The service are good, but the food, it's average. The staff are very friendly it's Santika Standard.
