“NICE HOTEL, RUDE RECEPTIONIST”

I was backpacking with my bf on holiday season from surabaya. All hotels were full and this is the only budget hotel available. We were welcomed by the receptionist, a red colored hair lady . I can't say its a nice welcome, she's not smiling, not even look at my face when she talked to me! the room rates were... More

the hotel is simple and very clean. the staff is nice and helpfull. around the hotel area has some restaurant provide indonesian traditional food. food may be reserves to the staff. the atmosphere is calm and not busy area. suitable for relax.
