We book for two deluxe room for last christmas, and we get at pavillion. The pavillion just only have six room and private kitchen, living room, parking park. A traditional ethnic hotel. The wifi is unstable, Channel tv is limited, and the location is unreachable for public transportation (need to walk 10-15 mins to main road) which also means peacefull. The breakfast menu are tasty and vary although the waitress is unresponsive. Preferable for short stay.

I prefer Graha over Santika because its full of history but not overpriced like Tugu. The staff is friendly and their buffet offers some Javanese food.
