My friend and I spent two days at Puri Padi Resort and we enjoyed it immensely. The location is in the heart of Ubud, convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The included breakfasts were tasty, healthful, with lots of choices. The staff was tremendously helpful. Our Concierge, Dewa, was amazing. He... More

My partner and I stayed here for three nights along with another couple. The room wasn't fantastic but it was clean and perfectly fine for the price we paid. Each of the rooms has a very nice balcony overlooking the gardens and this was a good place to sit for a chat and a drink or to read. The pool... More

I stayed here mostly because of the location and price ($40 through booking.com) and was completely satisfied. The rooms were just okay. Clean enough and a decent size. Nice water pressure. Beds a little soft. The two biggest disappointments were that there was no wifi in the room it at the pool AND that there was construction underway during the... More

This place is next door to Yoga Barn, down the street from KAFE, and right by lots of great restaurants. Maybe some of the people writing unfriendly reviews just haven't stayed in enough places in Ubud to make a qualified comparison. Yes, it was probably a very swanky place a few years back, and the decor (very fancy for the... More

I stayed in Puri Padi after one night in a cozy but terribly noisy homestay, and I liked the calm and comfortable atmosphere. Some people might call the rooms dark and unfriendly, but they are also nicely cool and clean. There is nothing you could expect more for this price - in Ubud.

It is tired looking, though low in prices. though the rooms have a balcony, I don't see anyone using it during my stay. The room is dim and has a uneasy feeling. But it is very clean. Dont expect to have phone or complimentary mineral water, this room don't have it. No wifi access too. Breakfast is pretty alright though.... More

We stayed in the Puri Padi for a couple of nights and loved it. Its a peaceful little oasis. The room was pretty with a carved wood door out to the large shaded balcony. The Dirty Duck restaurant just up the street has some great tables where you can lie on big cushions while enjoying your dinner. Its a few... More

Everytime we come to Ubud, we've always stayed at this petite hotel. The room is spacious with a balcony facing to the lush green garden and it has also spacious pool. Only the bed sheet and blanket are need to be changed, no extra pilllow in the room. With great services from the friendly staff, we felt that its a... More

I booked a room at Puri Padi because my first choice (Tegal Sari) was completely booked. Puri Padi is ideally situated. There are tons of good restauratns right across the street from the hotel and the monkey forest and markets were within 10 minute walking distance. The hotel was peaceful, the grounds were nice and the staff were friendly. The... More

I loved this hotel. The setting was really nice and the hotel itself was gorgeous, the rooms and reception were beautiful with really nice details like the painted shutters in the rooms and many statues around the place. The pool was nice and secluded and the whole place was very quiet (I visited in June 2006) It was very good... More
