way to many stairs and very step hills to the pools, but they do supply a cart to take you to the main pool at the back. The room was dirty, no rubbish bin supplied. Stained bath and the back wall as leaking water from the rain on the first night, so water all over the bathroom floor. A geko,... More

The hotel is set among magnificent forests, but at the same time it has a very central location. Rooms are clean and the staff is very kind. I have no word to descibe the dinner: excuisite dishes!!!! A very pleasant location very closed to Monkey Forest. Where relax and pamper yourself with a great service

When we arrived at the hotel it was a little late in the evening but the two staff members at the front desk made check-in simple and courteous. We asked to view the Deluxe Room we had booked before fully checking in because of reviews here. The Deluxe Room seemed a little worn and ready for remodel so we requested... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights there. We were amazed at the beauty of the gardens, pool and overall amenities, but unfortunately the rooms inside were another story. Old and dirty sheets with footprint marks on them, and an even older looking and worn out bathroom with walls, ceiling and shower curtain full of mold and clogged drains. At... More

This hotel is in a great location and looks good superficially. The grounds are lovely and the rooms look good in the photos and from afar. However, my room was very musty (as were others I asked to see), and the bathroom mediocre/poor for what I'd expect. Also make sure to check whether they're doing construction near your room. When... We had stayed here previously and decided to return. Check-in was awkward as although we had booked online in October 2011, mentioning we would arrive slightly early, Madame on reception had nothing ready for us. We happily went for a long lunch at Lotus Lane Restaurant down the road and returned at 3pm to find our bags still sitting in... More

We stayed here 1 night I would not stay here again the rooms are so run down. We always like to stay in places u choose to remember the thought of returning to the room After a day out was depressing. Service at reception was poor and unfriendly, requests were not met until we attended front desk and stood in... More

We stayed there Jan 2012 for 2 nights in a deluxe room. Nice doors but is just locked with a padlock, so not really safe! Our room was big and nice, the only thing that should be done is an upgrade of the bathrooms as they are old and dirty compared to the rooms and a safebox would be good... More

Stayed here twice. 2010, 2011. Good locatoin, hand y to everything. Like the deck however, the changes have not nimproved the resort. Now overlooked by huge new buildong next door. Breakfasts not upto previous standard. Rooms spacious, bathrooms large. Staff excellent. I just think it could improve its standard of facilities.
