We have been in Ubud this september 2011. We stayed in Pramesti. The lady who runs the business is very charming. Stayed here for 2 nights. The bungalows are amazing. So quiet, clean and homely. Had a fantastic veranda with tea and coffee available all day. The staff and the owner are just wonderful. Very chatty and helpful! Also loved buddy the pup! Such a cutie! Gardens are stunning and location perfect. Highly recommended!

Tucked away along a whimsical corridor of Monkey Forest Road this place is the perfect marriage of location, price, and local flair. We have stayed here 4 separate times in the last 3 years. Made' and her family run a top notch operation. Spotless, comfortable rooms. Beautiful garden. Rice paddy view. Rate we paid was 200,000 Rp per nite w/ breakfast served on our balcony. Hotel is accessed via long walkway from Monkey Forest. Nothing but peace and quiet. Hard to believe... More
