I stayed here for a week late last October. I found it extremely convenient for money changing, shopping, pick ups with my travel guide and food options. I read the reviews here very carefully and realize the following: with extremely hot and humid conditions your spacious room will always remain a bit humid, it's the nature of the place; beds... My friend and I chose this hotel based on reviews we saw here and elsewhere and were a bit disappointed. Our room was spacious but the decor was awful and it wasn't dirty but didn't really feel clean either, probably because everything was so old. We may have been expecting more because this is a Hyatt and we have both... More

If you want to stay a little outside the main touristic hubs of Kuta, Denpasar, etc. then the Bali Hyatt in Sanur is perfect. Its a huge resort in a quiet place with its own private beach & lots of activities to keep you busy. There are lots of shops & restaurants around so you will not be far away... More

We are a family of 5. Kids aged 6, 5 & 20 months. We stayed in an interconnecting room facing spa garden area on ground level. We really loved our stay here. Our first time to Sanur after staying in legian (Legian Beach Hotel) for the first part. Yes some reviews say rooms dated. I would say they had character... More

The hotel itself is nice. It's a little old, the rooms are very small and not really amazing, but the facility in general is up to a 5 star standard. What I am very not happy with the hotel is, that there is no free wifi anywhere. 15$/day is the price to pay, which is quite ridiculous. What I am... More

This hotel was something from Couples Retreat!!! The spa area was amazing, the lobby was amazing and the pool was.. amazing! You are right on the beach, however, most people tend to stay at the pool side. To be honest, the rooms weren't as amazing!!! They were very basic, but the rest of the hotel was fab!!!

My daughter and I stayed at this Hotel as a treat for her graduation.. we took an updragde to club class level.. and we were not disappointed. The level of service, cleanliness, food and over whelming friendliness was one of the best we have ever experienced. Yes, there were some aspects of the room which were a bit jaded but... More

the hyatt is a bit dated but the rooms are very comfortable and a good size. The beach wasn't much chop if you wanted to swim but good for just lying around and the pools were only a minute away if you wanted to swim. The staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough for you.The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful and... Our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely make a third ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The garden rooms and ocean view rooms are well furnished but the bathrooms do need some updating (e.g.plastic shower curtains and tile re-grouting and some plumbing ) The gardens are superb and the general outside amenities ( pools etc) are... Whenever you board a taxi and ask the driver to drop you off at the Hyatt, Sanur... he gives a broad smile and says 'excellent choice, the Bali Hyatt is the best hotel here'. That's how good it is. The place is classy, elegant and quiet. It is a far cry from the congested, crowded places in Kuta. My husband... More
