Hmm. For one thing, sanur doesnt excite me. And if it did, there's other hotels for a similar price with better amenities and facilities nearby, such as the plaza suites. This hotel is somewhat old, so the aircon is not cold or remotely cool in the wing I stayed at. The technicians were helpful but they couldn't do much. Receptionists... More

I rented a chair out the front and used their pool and food facilities on the beach. Nice layout and seemed clean enough.

Our flight to Melbourne was cancelled and they transfered us to this hotel. It states as a 5 star hotel but I cannot see any 5 star standard here. The room was dull and dirty, the appliances were old and the staff were very unprofessional, especially the staff at the restaurant. The food was boring and plain, the whole atmosphere... More

We were also dumped at this hotel due to Jet* hospitality and agree with most of the recent reviews. My concern is from a health and safety aspect and would like to warn those who are contemplating staying here to investigate your options carefully before booking.Rooms in 1500-1600 block would be unacceptable to most western standards. The bedsheets were grey and stained... Jetstar cancelled our flight, and we were put up at this Resort. The rooms we stayed in, were well apart from the main hotel, and they are obviously kept for emergency acommodation only. The main area of the complex, is beautiful. These rooms are rather shabby in comparison. I would definitely stay here again, but ONLY in the tower, not... More

Jetstar ruined our holiday by canceling our flight and forcing us to stay overnight. The rooms is full of urine smell. Air conditioning unit is not powerful enough for the room we stayed.

Worst night of my life. Jetstar ruined our holiday by canceling our flight and forcing us to stay overnight. The rooms felt haunted, the whole apartment smells of urine, and don't get me started on the meals. Both the hair dryer and air conditioning unit were made in the 18th century and threatened to blow up. There are no Acceptable... More

This very large hotel is showing its age. It is set in very large grounds, adjoining a golf course, and it is on the beach. It is also very close to where the speed boats leave for Lembongan and the Gilis. A good place to relax but maybe your money can buy better in other hotels in Sanur. The WiFi... More

My second visit here, the first time the hotel burnt down (about 20 years ago). This time I did get to stay there and loved every minute of it. The spectacular reception is a joy and the service in this hotel is brilliant. The staff gave us a private viewing of the only room that survived the fire when we... More

Worst night of my life. We were there for a layover as our flight got postponed, which was probably the only reason we stayed. If we hadn't gotten the room for free or felt in any way inclined to stay there for the purposes of a convenient layover, we would have moved to a better hotel elsewhere. The room was... More
