Stayed here with two teenage girls in Family room. Wouldn't recommend for small children as stairs pretty steep and room not big enough for a family of four. The balcony was also very small. We had a lagoon access room which was terrific our own sun beds to relax on and walk 2 steps from our room to the pool. Breakfast was also of high quality and selection and staff very friendly

Just have had a family trip there, the hotel is new and great with comfortable and clean delux rooms. And with a great pool just outside the rooms. Also the service is very good to help booking our trips and activities. Hope can be there again.
