Great service and lovely resort. Recommended to both couples and families. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the service was great. Loved the squirrels visiting us every morning for breakfast. New mattresses could be a suggestion, found ours a little uncomfortable.

Was in Bali for a conference, every hotel in Nusa Dua was full..this was the only one available, one of the worst breakfasts at a so called 5 star, really terrible overall.
