The location of this hotel is fantastic. Staff are fantastic can't do enough to help & the facilities are great. The rooms might be a little outdated but were cleaned everyday & for the price you pay excellent value for money. Great if your going with friends on a budget would highly recommend this hotel if your not fussy.

The room is totalled disappoinment. the travel agent booked us twinbeds when they knew well that we are going for our honeymoon. yes the room need total refurbished. and lucky that we decided to look around kuta for better room at similar price.

Booked through agoda which had the option to request airport transfers. I requested these and gave my flight details. No one came to pick us up. Arrived at about 1am on a Friday night.
