Stayed in April 2012 for two weeks for our wedding (13 guests in total). No complaints from any of our guests. Pool was nice, breakfast buffet was vast and fresh, concierge was helpful. Selling point for this resort is that it has good security unlike many of the resorts around Tuban and Kuta. Would highly recommend this resort.
