Stayed here from the 20th untill the 27th of may. The location is excelent, a few hundred meters to the beach, mini mart just outside, kodak shop across the street and markets and matahari 2 minute away. Although it is situated on a busy main road the noise was non existant once on the resort grounds. Which were extremely clean... More

We got married on the 20th of may 2012! It was an amazing day for our friends, family & us. Everything was arranged very well by our weddingplanner, Ms. Chandra!!! We really recommed to have your wedding at Ramaya if you would like to have a intimate & wonderful ceremony. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Our family... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the Ramayana! There are really no negative points to our stay - the staff were almost to freindly and helpful, the grounds were green and lush and perfectly maintained. The pools were clean and there was always a lounge in the sun!! The resturant faces onto one of Kuta's bussiest streets but you hardly... More

Arrived at hotel and the staff at reception were very friendly and offered a drink. I was given the choice of a couple of rooms. My friend and I were escorted around the property and got shown the rooms and where they were in relation to the facilities etc. The one thing I was not happy about was that I... More

Last time I stayed here was a while ago now, but the service and hotel is amazing. The staff is lovely, always friendly and helpful, and the food is great! There is a sports bar attached to the Hotel, as well as a nice little Balinese style restaurant. There is also a mini mart directly outside the Hotel which is always... More

I spent in the deluxe rooms and I love it! The cleanness, the service, the staff sympathy, the delicious Asian breakfast, the swimming pool, the spa, the orchidarium...it's just wonderful!

Stayed in the club room on the 9th floor room was large but very dated, the airconditioner just worked. Overall not a bad hotel very close to everything in kuta. I would stay again but in a cheaper room category as the club is overrated .....

My family first stayed in this hotel 28years ago, and we still come back. Unfortunately this trip I opted to stay at a different hotel with friends, whilst my parents booked in the Ramayana. I was so disappointed with my hotel, and visited my parents as much as I could, so I could enjoy a real Balinese ambience and relax.... More

Thanks to everyone at the Ramayana resort for making my daughter's wedding such a wonderful occassion! They could not be faulted. The whole wedding was handled by their wedding co-ordinator and everything was just perfect. The beach ceremony was beautiful and reception in the resort's garden was just fantastic. The beautiful lighting and decorations made the perfect setting and nothing... More

I was in Bali for 5 days with my husband and another couple. We emailed to confirm our booking of 2 bedrooms with King sized beds. We both were there to celebrate our anniversary and were disappointed to discovered we were given 2 bedrooms of twin beds instead. After a call to the front desk, the staff agreed to do... More
