I spent in the deluxe rooms and I love it! The cleanness, the service, the staff sympathy, the delicious Asian breakfast, the swimming pool, the spa, the orchidarium...it's just wonderful!

Stayed in the club room on the 9th floor room was large but very dated, the airconditioner just worked. Overall not a bad hotel very close to everything in kuta. I would stay again but in a cheaper room category as the club is overrated .....
