We stayed for one night as where we were meant to stay was booked out for the night.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way as we needed a doctor for our son and they couldn't be more helpful.
We stayed in a family room which was roomy, a bit of a damp smell to it...

We stayed there during the holidays season last year, and the best advice I can give you is to never stay there! We booked a double bed room, and it was poorly cleaned. The staff is very friendly, but they insist on knocking on the door several times everyday at 8am for housekeeping, even with the "Do not disturb" sign...

I actually filled out the comments card from the hotel and let them know my thoughts of the hotel and they had taken the time to reply and acknowledge my comments. My biggest complaint definatley has to be the paper thin walls where you can hear everything. It doesnt help when you have people in the next room making noise...

I stayed for one night only; room was big and functional, not fancy but all utilities worked and bed was good. Nice reception area and very friendly service. Large restaurant, breakfast limited but OK. Short walk to all Kuta attractions, but rooms are away from the street and quiet
We stayed at the Kuta Station Hotel in July 2011. We were told that it was only 1yr old therefore we expected very clean tidy rooms although what we got was far from that. The room very basic and old looking and the bathroom was that of a third world country. It had large gaps in the tiles mould everywhere...
