I really loved this place and was surprised when I saw some of the negative comments on TA. The hotel is beautifully set in a somewhat mysterious garden with all those mossy Balinese sculptures. It has a spotless swimming pool (very pleasurable to cool down during afternoon siesta) set among coconut palms. The rooms are neat and clean ( ok... More

I regret not listening to other people's advice. It is dirty & smelly. The toilet is so smelly, I don't even want to spend 1 more min in. But the outdoor looks ok.

i would give it 0 star. just not worth staying and giving them another dime. Service was bad right from the beginning. Forgot our reservation when we reached. Rooms were old and toilets stink.( i can't stand this the most) I guess it not a matter of poor maintenance, It's a total ZERO maintenance. 3rd time in Bali and 1st... More

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag: garden is beautiful but the rooms are very basic (out dated), especially the bathroom. Garden, including swimming pool, is really nice! The staff is also really friendly and gave some good advice. We paid 400.000 a night for a room w/ fan (no aircon).

The buildings are beautiful, very nice carved wooden doors and a magnificent garden. The rooms are pretty in an Asian way. The bathrooms could do with some maintenance, and some updating. There is mould and other sorts of wear and tear. But the rooms were definitely not 'very dirty' as someone said, no, the staff cleaned the rooms with care.... More

As others have noted, the grounds are impressive for a budget accommodation. The room we were given was on the ground floor and we had a feeling that we would be sharing with rats, mice, roaches and the like. However after two nights we were still blissfully alone. Don't expect a television or minibar or any such luxury. It is... More

I think we must have been blinded by the stunning grounds as we walked through the property, because although we looked at the room prior to check-in, it wasn’t until we were getting settled that I noticed how awful it was! We had also been looking for accommodations for a couple of hours and were ready to get settled, so... More

We stayed at Artini III for three nights and while I liked the location, and the outside seems well maintained and aesthetically pleasing, I found the rooms to be dirty and unpleasant. I think that my expectations are reasonable - clean sheets and towels, rubbish emptied, bugs kept at bay if possible and rooms cleaned after each guest checks out.... More

We got a reference for this place from our driver. The entrance was beautiful with lush paddy fields to our right. The check-in staff however seemed a bit lost and it took us forever to get our luggage from the reception up to our room. The room was spacious and had an amazing serene view of the hotel's pool and... More
