wee booked studio room but when weee reached weee got lesser average room staff wasss total poor managed guys teerible staff sooooo never stay in madhuban highlands the breakfast was very bay waters are not trained a waste of money

I had a real great time at the Hotel in the Spa and the Cinema Theatre in the recreation area. We were three friends and the Hotel staff made our trip really worthwhile. Cheers to all of your guys !

its the worst hotel to stay.. we stayed in room no 305 and the room caught fire in our absence , 6 bags got burnt.. and the hotel dint even compensate... heaters are bad without switches.. staff is slepping.. they never attend ur calls... whn the room caught fire there was no staff on duty... after sum1 informed them there... Hotel Madhuban Highlands is a good hotel. It had everything we needed. The advantage is that it's neraby all tourist places in mussorie so that you can see all places and rest at your hotel. My experience was not good at all. firstly the hotel was almost empty for which the service was dull . secondly the staff has no idea of what my package is ,they dont even offer the complimentary things ,its just that i had to remind for every thing (even for mineral water).no chocolates was ever given,there is no kids area... An ideal place to stay at Mussoorie. Specially rooms on second floor get a great hill view. Night stays at Mussoorie are always amazing and if one stays at Madhuban highlands it becomes an unforgetable memory. Food is excellent, specially chinese.
