the hotel once boasted of being the no.2 hotel of mussoorie only behind hotel savoy. but all that was till the mid 80s till the mid 90s when the hotel had a dedicated staff .. now the hotel lies in shambles....and all that they earn is from the past name and fame of this hotel..

it was the worst experience we ever had. Mr. prakash negi at the reception is very rude. however the view from the room window was fine but rest all was very bad. it was pathetic it was like staying in a chawl. we cheaked out in a day n changed our hotel.
