The room was not cleaned at the time of check in. There was lot of awaful smell. The Heater provided was not working. The qulaity of service provided was poor. The rates for the food were high. The breakfast was limited with less choices. The staff was not trained and expected tip at every time.

We booked this hotel from makemytrip.com and got 2 rooms at a discounted rate. The rooms were dingy and and bathrooms pathetic. The hotel assured us that there was a 24 hour hot water supply.
