This hotel did not meet my expectation as I stayed in many gateway / Taj group hotels. Rooms are not very clean and too noisy, which disturbed our stay. Hotels staffs are very helpful. Restaurant rates are quiet expensive compared to other Gateway.Staffs in restaurant are over enthusiastic, which really disturbed our privacy.

Stayed here for two nights for work trip. The lobby, restaurants, and rooms are neat and clean. Nice property. Though one would not rate if 5 star, it's the best you can possibly get in a place like Varanasi. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Food wasn't great. The wifi did not work properly. Overall a good place to stay. No major complaints.
