Stayed here on the 4th and 5th of May 2012 with my wife. Except for the narrow road that leads to the hotel all other things are positive. Good staff, Goods rooms, people with a human touch waiting to guide / help. Ellenn

Stayed there from 12/5/12 - 17/5/12. Good hotel with spacious, clean rooms & toilets. Cars for travel is also provided at reasonable rates.Pricing very reasonable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Identified the hotel through Trip Advisor search and was not disapointed. Clean rooms and helping staff are signatures. Candid admission for those services not available e.g. no airconditioning during day time if there is a electricity failure, which is an epidemic in Varanasi. As far as acommodation in the 1300-1500ruppe range in Varanasi goes, this was acceptable. The staff were excellent, the bathroom was very clean, however there was no hot water as advertised. The Hotel Buddha had exceptionally helpful staff and really comfortable large rooms which were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also excellent.
