We absolutely loved Agra and this hotel too! Staying in an old Heritage hotel, made our trip around India truly special. There is a great old charm at this hotel, the furnishings are as you would expect a old hotel to be, so don't expect a modern hotel with modern furnishings. The room was large and the bathroom too. This is my second time with this hotel and same hospitality, friendly staff, good large and hygienic room, tasty food, pool next to my room, green gaden in front of your room. What else you want man. Thanks to all staff and hotel management. Keep it up. We will come back very soon.

Apathetic staff. Hardly any customers and felt very run-down. Food was awful, we had tandoori chicken which tasted boiled and after eating some, we discovered that the inside was raw and running with blood, the rice tasted like Batchelor's packet rice. When we complained they offered to cook the chicken for a bit longer! Felt ill the next day; my... More

Charming heritage hotel in Agra. The room was good size and the bed comfortable for a one-night stay. The lighting in the room was a bit dark. When I arrived the check-in staff seemed to be bored with the welcome speech and just poured out speech welcoming me to the property. I arrived mid-afternoon and the restaurant staff stayed open... Loved this colonial hotel. Double rooms were huge with four poster bed and beautiful floor tiles. Outside, long verandahs and beautiful gardens. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Highly recommended

Grand and Imperial - what a misnomer and what a disappointment after paying for an upgrade to this hotel. The room was dark and dismal, overlooking the gardens and took several minutes to unlock the padlock and double doors to get into it! The bathroom was dark also and the bath emptied itself all over the floor, flooding it and... More
