Some staff is quite grumpy. The lobby did give me false hope about the rooms in terms of cleaniness. The doors are quite difficult to close and lock. We had a friendly, warm welcome by hotel staff. our rooms on top floor were absolutely top, good beds, good shower, tea making facilities in the room.The view of Taj Mahal from Our hotel was great.very quiet, great breakfast, located nearby the city 15min walk or if you like a walk.it a great place to stay in Agra.

Basic accommodation but generally clean and OK. Don't bother paying for a Taj view. The view is good but not as good as the rooftop restaurant. Most inferior quality hotel I had ever stayed in my life. Water service to the bathroom & wash basin taps is extremely salty, that in the morning you would not able to brush your teeth. Like most reviews, location was great, rooms were ordinary and our toilet was really smelly. The restaurant was good, and general service very good. I would recommend it altho the pricing is just marginally high.
