The hotel is not far from taj mahal area. Rooms are quiet and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The new owner made everything to make us feel confortable. Only downside is position in front of a sewer. Good value for money.

lil expensive but Rooms, linen, bathroom was clean. Friendly staff & centrally located - though right opposite an open sewage
Location - Absolutely filthy location as there is an open sewage just outside the hotel which results in tons of mosquitoes & bad smell around.
Rooms - Properly lit rooms but are pretty dirty. Easy to find stains on the linen, inside the bathroom.
Restaurant - Services are pretty slow and they could serve you breakfast only on advance orders....

There was a lot of noise from...

Inside the hotel it was standard fare for mid-tier hotels. Rooms were nice enough but the smell invaded the room during the night...

Had a nice stay in this hotel, the staff were friendly and the place was very clean. The only issue we had was lack of water one morning.
I returned from my first trip to India 12 days ago. I first went to Agra and then Jaipur. I then returned to Dehli and went to Varanasi, before returning to Dehli.
In Agra, I stayed at the Karawan Grand Casa Hotel in the tourist complex about 3 km from the Taj Mahal. I paid $A42.13 for the first night...

I recently stayed one night at the Grand Casa in Agra as part of a small tour group.
Our twin room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and decent sized. There was a hot water switch in the bathroom and the shower was good.
Staff at Grand Casa were friendly and helpful. No internet at the hotel but...
