We stayed here for one night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Customer service at reception was good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here without any problems. The food was good. The main attractions - Taj Mahal, Agra Fort are not close from this hotel. You need to take a taxi/tuk-tuk... More

We stayed here during a tour this february for one night. The bedroom was nice and spacious, a bit worn but reasonable. Bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep. Bathroom was ok except that when we used the shower there was a crack in the side of the bath and water poured out over the floor so... More

Our experience at this hotel was mediocre. A little irritating but nothing alarming or disgusting by any means. It's nothing special. Decent for the price. It's not near the Taj or the Agra Fort, you must have a driver to get to those locations. We had some communication issues when we checked in that frustrated us. We were told at... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most of the time, they offered ala carte menu with local indian delicacy instead of buffet. I am surprised the staff kept asking for feedback for each meal we had for review and improvement which is a good sign of improving customer service in term of... More

I really suggest this place, located in the middle of Agra (but in the middle of nowhere, no bars no restaurant near). The rooms are clean, not so much the bathroom but anyway I had a great night there (no noise). The restaurant is pretty good, it's a kind of buffet where you can take whatever you want. If you... We were booked into, and paid in advance for, this hotel for one night. Our Indian friend who was travelling with us did not have his ID card with him - we were all unaware that this was required for check-in. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and refused to consider any form of compromise, despite being contacted by... More

Probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in India. (that is not saying a lot) but for budget accomodations this is good. The food was nice on the rooftop and the video was nice explaining some of the history. We were very happy with our stay here.

Checking in was a nightmare. Partly due to agoda as when we arrived the hotel had to recieved any information from agoda. We presented our confirmation but were not allowed to our room until they had confirmation. We had a beer and waited, and eventually they recieved the confirmation. We then we're taken to our room, the super deluxe! Which... More

Stayed here for one night only. Arriving late in the afternoon after a hectic day at Taj Mahal, and leaving very early next morning. We had what I would guess is a standard room. The room was huge with a sofa, a couple of chairs and a table. The bed matched the room. It could easily have room for four... More
