Had a fantastic.stay at the hotel, food was amazing, stay was awesome

i agree with others about that road,and it is away from the town.The place had plenty of facilities,the breakfasts [pure veg] were ok and the staff were all very friendly,but the bathrooms smelt of drains,although the bedroom was fine,but take some fly spray[no mossies just flies]

We booked three nights at the Deccan Park in February 2012 but in fact did not stay as the place is not as described on the website. We stayed at Deccan resort in Ooty in August 2011. The hotel is new and very well designed. It is located 2-3 kms away from the city. So you need your own vehicle to drive to the city. i dont remember how many times before i ve visited exactly. But one thing im very clear, this was the best resort stay i ever had. The resort is well located (nothing exceptional though), beuatifully designed and well maintained. The restaurant is awesome.
