Great location of the hotel... Very scenic Very helpful and friendly staff. They guide you through all the aspects of roaming in ooty. Help you by giving you every minute detail. Good food. when went to ooty it was a rainy reason we enjoyed the most of our time in the resort . It is near to the city but only road is bad. the foods are in the form of buffet. It taste so good. Our family is very much attracted by the neat and spacious room and their services.

Room was spacious, clean and with good ventilation. Staff was very co-operative. Food (mostly south Indian items) served here (only buffet is available) is good. As other reviewers mentioned - condition of the road to reach this property is very bad. it is far from the main market.

We(3 couples) stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. We had covered almost all the sights in nilgiris under the guidelines of Fairstay. Rooms are clean and neat, good room service, good food and very good guidelines by them on sight seeing. we really enjoyed a lot in this summer. I recommend this hotel for joyful vacation.
