This is no Sapphire and nothing Grand about it! Basically a block of flats, we were put in a dark and dingy basement room with tired and grubby furniture and bars on the windows. Surrounded by ugly high storey buildings and building work. A horrible experience we left after an hour.

It is located at the heart of the city, but noiseless. It is tastefully maintained with lot of green around and birds, ducks, rabbits in the garden.
