Fantastic location and property. Very poor management. At 12000 Rs/night for a family of 3 (including food) it isn't cheap. Food (buffet) covered with flies, clueless waiters, nobody answerable. If you love Ooty and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of boring crowded"0oty town" this is the best resort any hill station in south India can offer but, @ a price..and no booze...so carry your own booze!! good food and gr8 ambiance and the farm experience?... well...is best left for the kids.
