didn't like the overall performance of this hotel. no proper room service. did not provide proper information. No co-operation. I have nothing else to say about this hotel. If it is just to stay 1 night, its ok.

It was a bad experience we had as they don't have tie up with the tour operators although they have put up the linkages with various tour operators. I went for Ooty nd stayed on this hotel. Really chance less Hotel. Excellent room service but food is normal only. Very clean rooms, Exclusive bed nd TV, Friendly room service, Manager also freely servicing us like as friend. Truly recommending this hotel.
