proximity to the attraction is very good. descent, very clean. there was no hot water at all the time. the kitchen served good food. little bit expensive overall. staff behavior was good. limited open car parking. very close to rose garden and resturants.

stayed for two days recently. its simple, safe and small, the rooms are basic but well organised.hot water is available between 7 to 11 am only.since ooty is not cold like himalayas it does not make any difference.room service is on the slow side.the resturant serves only veg food .and of course no bar.one can stay there for short visit.
