This is an average hotel with non-satisfactory room service. The rooms are not maintained well and the towels, bed sheets & pillow covers are not properly cleaned. However, in Madurai city, it is one of the more decent hotel stay options.

Overall Large property and courteous staff Restaurant was not operational , could not get tea in hotel. I had to walk 1 km for dinner. Sleep was exremely uncomfortable. Had to request 4 times to get confirmation on cab booking

I stayed in this Hotel in the month of Feb 2013. Horel is just walking distance from the Railway station and very near to Meeankshi Temple . There is lot of problem of Electricity ,generator is there but starts quiet after some time . A small restaurant is there with scanty service. Rooms are well maintained .
