We have stayed here for two nights. The hotel caters to tourist groups and most meals are buffet. The standard of food is quite good but what makes the place is the attentive and friendly service of the staff.

Located in a busy area ,the hotel is a good option to stay at Udaipur. It is a value for money option to stay.Good staff and quite flexible too.Food is good and lots of options are available.Breakfast buffet is good too.Rooms are spacious and provide good view.
The Rajdarshan is a decent option to stay in the city of lakes, Udaipur. Rooms are reasonably clean and face the lake, which however has turned quite filthy. Lobby has an ethnic (Rajasthani) feel to it and the staff is extremely courteous. Food is average at best. All in all it is good value for money.

The rooms have comfortable beds and clean and warm linen. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The service...

Cosy , comfortable and clean rooms. An average business hotel where the service needs some improvement. The food is nothing to write home about. The view of the city is great from the top floors. A good place to retire for the night after dinner at one of the lakeside restaurants
Five of us arrived by overnight train from Delhi and were delighted to find a friendly driver with a van big enough to haul us -- and our luggage -- the 4 or so km to the hotel. Well located near the heart of things in town, but enough on the fringe to provide some welcome relief from the, uh,...

Hotel Rajdarshan was the perfect location for our Seminar for writers and academics, a group of 16. Very courteous staff, attractive seminar room, lovely tea breaks in the sunny garden, and tasty multi-cuisine buffet lunches. The spacious lobby makes it easy to hold conversation in small groups. At the end of the day, you retire to a room with view...

You cannot iagine that there s a beautiful 3 star hotel when you enter the narrow lane of market place in Udaipur. But as we entered the hotel, we realised it is made in a castle. It was a very different experience to see a modern hotel in an old castle.
The rooms were everything beyond expectations.Nicely made beds ,sofas,a table, dressing table...

The road to the Hotel doesn't give the right impression about the hotel, but its better than initial impressions. Hotel is older and now many more options are available, but it retains an old charm. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is Ok but nothing to write home about. Room is value for the money they charged, but there is a lot...
