“Overpriced and very poor service”

Let's start with the good things. They let us check in early after arriving by night bus. Close location to palace. Everything else has been awful. Breakfast is served by 2 rude young staff and consists of an omelete, toast is extra. The overall service is worse than terrible. Wifi is 100 rupees a day. The security box was unavailable... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. There is no hot water, but the air conditioning worked well. The sheets were clean altho there is only one which seems common in India. Moldy room without windows and it was pitch black during the power outage (everyday from 9-11). Management was nice enough to let us in the room early when we arrived at 6:30 am, and switched us to a different room with windows upon request.
