We stayed last April 2013 in this camp. We have enjoyed every minute. Privacy was okay. Security (sheppard dogs) during the night gaves a good feeling. The stay was not lucary but very convenient with all necessary facilities in the tent. Food was good and tasty. People were very friendly and the dance performance was nice to watch. The camel... 1.Moderately nice facilities according for a "Camp". 2.Separate areas are marked as outer area, bedroom and bathroom-all clean. 3.Cultural programme(Rajasthani Kalbelia dance, stunts, folk songs) around bonfire is entertaining and decent. 4.Open nice seating and snacks are served in between in generous amounts. 5.Dinner buffet was average but maybe because it was in the middle of the desert. 6.Staff was... I stayed here for a night with my parents. It was a very memorable experience. The camel ride was nice, food was good. staff are very good. The entertainment program in the evening was very sub-standard and not at all enjoyable. Otherwise, very good !!

We were a group of 22 friends from Mumbai; stayed at Prince for a night on 30th January 2013. It’s right at the dunes, barely 1-2 kms away from the dunes; this being one of the main reasons why we chose Prince over other desert camps. Moreover it’s a little away from the other camps in the area & has... More

As you enter Sam, you will see a 6-7 tents in a small patch. You wonder if prince is one of these as you can't really see the dunes right now. Just then, you turn right off the main road and u see the signboard of prince desert camp.. the best part of the camp is that its situated away... More

The camps were awesome and well equipped. The service was in true rajasthani style - very warm and adaptive - perhaps the best part of the camps. The location is perfect, very close to the sand dunes, unlike other camps, which are just by the road. This allowed us to go to the dunes even at night. Don't forget to... More

Having travelled in different desert places in the world I expected the place to be rather basic. On the contrary it was amazing. I spent 1 night in what is called a Maharani tent which was well decorated, spacious, clean, and warm. And the plus was the attenant bathroom. It was also spacious, bright and excellent knowing that we were... More
