we were at the hotel for a night and a day, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. they took care of all our needs without any frown, just relating an incident, we misplaced our daughers jacket and finally figured out that we had left it at a shop in the jaisalmer market. we informed the hotel manager Mr. Ram... Everybody goes to great pains to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and food good. Great value for money. Although 5 mins drive from fort, that can be a welcome relief from chaos of fort area. We had an amusing, painful and fun camel trek, with a wonderful dinner in the desert under the stars. More

This hotel changed management a few months ago and has clearly deteriorated, based on the reviews I read when Fifu was still the manager. The rooms are dirty. Towels are stained and look unwashed. Curtains and window seating mattresses are stained with water, mold, and mildew. My room had ants in it and they got into all of my clothes... More

I booked this hotel through the internet, but later on I found out that I heavily overpaid because you can find much better value for the same money elsewhere in town. 1) Location: not good because the hotel is way outside of town and unless you are up for a walk in a very dusty and somewhat seedy street, you... Our room was clean and comfortable, we had a great sleep, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect- most times we walked to the old city which took about ten minutes. There's a great view of the old city from the rooftop restaurant. The only imperfection for us was the lack of English of the... More

We stayed one night here and enjoyed the stay. The room' decoration was very pretty and tasteful. The view from the roof is lovely as well. One thing I didn't like is the view from room where in the morning we were staring at the pile of rubbish. I understand that it's an issue in India, but I am sure... More

It was my first trip to the city and both my sis and self were quite sick by the time we arrived. We made reservations at this hotel based on recommendations on tripadvisor. The hotel staff, in particular the owner/manager, Mr. Ram Singh was very attentive and helpful. The hotel's a little distance from the main area, but the staff... More

We booked to stay here from the recommendations on this site. Since the time of our booking the hotel has been leased to a new management team who are no longer associated with Hotel Fifu next door. We arrived after a long train journey and on first glance thought the hotel and room looked great. The room was very small,... More
