The staff were quite courteous & accomodating. The food was very good, cooked in Rajasthani style. Location is inconvenient for people not having their own transport. Rooms are furnished in traditional style.

This is one of the most prominent hotels from the place that I come from, Bikaner. The food, the rooms, the swimming pool, the garden, the furniture.. everything is so BIKANERI and royal. Highly recommended place to stay at.

We stayed in the Royal Suite which was very comfortable and affordable. Good experience in a palace like atmosphere. Suite has two rooms so a family can stay comfortably. Breakfast is complimentary which is good. Restaurant is average. Did not get to use the pool since we only stayed one night.

This is old palace owned by Bikaji (recall Bikaner Bhujiyawala). Rooms are decent comparing to the cost you pay. If you are travelling from Jaipur to Jaisalmer then Bikaner is ideal place to stay overnight. This hotel is not recommended for stay more than one night. Breakfast is below average. Hotel staff is not that professional.

Nice palace to stay in. Rooms are fine with Tiny LCD TV. But all of them have airtel connection so you get all channels. Bathrooms are not upto the mark. Cleanliness is fine all over the Hotel. You may want to take option without breakfast as there breakfast is not good. Moreover, its available cheaper in hotel.

I booked this through MakemyTrip. The hotel says breakfast will be available from 7:00 AM, but none is available till 8:00 AM. Travellers who want to leave early are asked to forget breakfast.
