When we by 6 AM reception not be receptive but totally it is missing. For guests no guidance/ help. Rooms not provided as booked. No hot water. Compliment breakfast is nice and good. after 8.30 AM the lady receptionist listened to us and made arrangement for local/ puri and konark visit.

Overall d grand central is very good n can stay peacefully.....especially d reception ppl r awesome n very much helpful..window AC is makin little bit noise apart from dat everything is good in d grand central...
