Poolside umbrellas broken. The shower rooms has discarded stuff filled in. The steam room not working & closed. Common pool shower room for men & women. Only one. On rooms- the valley facing exec rooms are very nice. On service - dont expect too much. facilities - other than pool- looks good

We had a superb stay at Ravine, pleasant staff, good food and ambience. very relaxing, should plan to go back in peak season. Was disappointing that paragliding was banned. We request that safety measures be deployed at the earliest and to start the service soon. Jayashree
