This was a leisure trip! stayed in this resort for two nights, quiet, reasonably comfortable, spacious rooms, bare minimum furniture. Place is quiet and the rooms are very big, but it's not the easiest place to stay. Other than the owner, the rest of the staff really doesn't speak English, they serve a simple breakfast, but you can't really get much other food there (and it takes forever - like over an hour for dal and a chapati). Hot water is....not always ok, but in this price rang, its what you should expect. the have wifi (and when it does not work they give you an usb modem) a good idea is to rent a bike downtown as this hotel its like 20 blocks... Anup was the best person we met in India during our trip, he was so kind and friendly. Our requests were always met with quiet efficiency!! And he even prepared toasts for our late night train!! It was very touching! Thank you, Anup! We will certainly return to stay if we go to Khajuraho again!
