Unfortunately there was not enough warm water for bathing. TV was present but not with remote. Place was not a bar but people were drinking in open veranda which is little intimidating. Sleep quality was good and clean bathrooms. I would advise owner to clean up stacked liquor bottles in the backyard, does not look good.

We arrived in Kumily by bus having made no reservations (not ever really necessary in low season). We were met by a man called Binu at the bus station who worked for one of the tourism companies and we said we wanted somewhere cheap. He quoted 300Rupees a night and we thought it sounded too good to be true, but... More
