Pros Charming little hotel with just a handful of rooms. It's located on a quiet street in a great location of Fort Kochi. Five minute walk from the fishing nets and lots of great restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner talked with a smile on his face. Our room was big, with clean and crisp sheets. It... More

I stayed more than a week at Napier House and found eveyone to be most friendly and accomodating. The location is very quiet, with no street noise to speak of, being on a tiny side street. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The mattress was soft, which is a big plus in my book. The bathroom appeared to be very... More

We stayed here a couple of nights. It's a b&b, which is what most of the accomodation is in Fort Cochin (so don't expect a hotel). It was a charming wee place, clean and tidy...but what made it stand out is the lovey staff....so friendly and genuine - and refreshingly, without expecting anything in return. It's centrally located, so you... More

Arrived exhausted - left revigorated. We slept very weel in a very big comfortable bed in a new room with air conditioning, a nice big bathroom. Our room was on the ground floor behind the reception. It looked somewhat better than the rooms on the first floor. We spend 2 or 3 nights in Kochi and had good breakfasts at... More

I stayed in the "suite" which was spacious but really basic and completely overpriced. 4000 INR the night is just a rip off. Especially if you know what you can get elsewhere (e.g. Noah's Ark). I had to book and pay in advance for 3 days without any possibility of a refund if I would have wanted to chang hotels. More

We found Napier House in a quiet side street close the town close to dusk. The people at the desk were very accomodating as we didn't have a reservation. The rooms were comfortable and unique, maintaining some of the home feel, while still providing all the usual amenities. Breakfast had a lovely family feel. They took care of our internet... More

We stayed at Napier house for 3 nights during our time in India. Booking the room was easy and reliable through the online booking service. We requested an airport pickup and our driver was waiting for us as soon as we walked out of the airport. Our room was upstairs at Napier House and was fantastic - the room was... More

The Napier house is situated in a small street, no cars or rickshaw are passing from there and after over a week in India, with the sound of traffic in our ears, we were pleasantly surprised by the silence in our room! Although in a quiet position the Napier house is two minutes away from Princess street and the shops/restaurants/exchange/agencies... More
