We liked the old Dutch house very much. There are only a few rooms so it's quiet. Our room was lovely and very large, I'm sure that it had been one of the formal living rooms in the original house as it was at the front with a huge bay window. There was not much choice for breakfast but what... More

We had the pleasure of staying in a small room at Koder House and by any measure it was huge. The upstairs suits are amazing. The refurbishment of this heritage building has been carefully done in order to preserve the flavour of the era. Opposite the park that leads to the Chinese fishing nets, well located in the Fort, Koder... More

This hotel is in a great location and walking distance to some great restaurants. Our room was massive great comfortable beds and bathroom was clean and tidy a little over priced but its an experience staying at this hotel. I think they have 7 rooms in total so the service is great from all staff. The pool is very small... More

This is a lovely old building with a fascinating history, but old buildings need constant maintenance and that is what seems to be missing here, as it is looking rather tatty. Our suite was fine, but to be honest a lot of the space seemed to be rather pointless and the furniture a bit thrown together and random. Some artwork... More

We stayed at Koder House for 2 nights at the end of our 3-week tour of Kerala. All our expectations were met as we wanted to end our holiday on a 'high'! This was undoubtedly the best hotel experience during our visit. Koder House is perfectly located between Princess Street and the Chinese fishing nets; the building itself has an... More

I had a wonderful time at the Koder House, The place has got its own tradition and class. The Location is too beautiful and so close to the beach and garden that you could hear the waves every now and then.. The rooms are huge and top class, the wooden interiors has its own charm. The toilet is neat and... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights just before Christmas. It's a heritage building (no lift, so avoid the top floor if stairs are a problem) and our rooms were suites with lots of space and character, comprising a large bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a sort of dressing room with minibar, wardrobes and lots... We stayed at the sister hotel, Victory Dawn which was fantastic. However, the mandatory gala dinner at Koder House on Christmas Eve was a big disappointment. They over promised and under delivered. The service was appalling, although there frequently seemed to be plenty of staff and managers hanging around. It also wasn't clear what menu we were ordering from. The... More

Situated in a tranquil area with views of the chinese fishing nets and a stone through from the beach. A must do whilst in Kochi. Food was the best that we ate on our 6 days trip any where in kerala
