“good hotel”

This is one hotel which is on par with any high-end hotels in Singapore or Vegas! Food is good and the rooms are really spacious. Management and staff are really helpful, sportive and courteous. location-wise also it is comfortably located right on the main road. worth the money we spend...

“New, stylish hotel with bright spacious rooms”

We checked about six hotel rooms in Ernakulam in this price range, and all the rooms were dark, smelly or had crumbling paint. Not so The Capital, which is a newer building. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. Santhosh Kumar was extremely helpful with our travel plans and very service oriented. The rest of the staff has limited english.... More

“Budget Hotel”

Recently I stayed in this hotel along with family. The hotel is neat and clean and is centrally located. Too many mosquitoes at the hotel, however hotel staff are friendly and providing mosquito repellents. Very near to all city attractions. Restaurant is very poor. Very limited breakfast is served.

I stayed one night and it was a horrible experience, things you wont find no 24 hours hot water facility hot water is supplied by bucket and you will find lots of mosquitoes in the room so look out for dengue and malaria and generator makes lots of noise and u have to keep on changing the switches and the... The Capital is the only place I'll ever stay in Ernakulum, because the manager Sree is an incredible help to any traveler. Need to book a train ticket? He'll help you find the right train at the right price, and send someone to book the ticket for you. Need internet? He'll let you use the fast connection in his office... More

“Value for money hotel”

Capital is situated in the busy heartline of kochi on MG Road. It's a wonderful 3 star option at very affordable prices, the beauty is everything is at a walkable distance from the hotel. Neat and clean rooms, nothing luxurious about this place,I guess that's what appealed to me most.
