Musty Rooms , Surprisingly Musty Wash rooms too. Convenient Location if you want to shop on MG Rd Very poor Hospitality. Unfriendly and Curt staff at Front desk on day shift. Avoid eating here if possible...Food is below average.

we spent two nights at the hotel and it was a nice stay..we are very much happy with the staff...they attended our needs whenever asked for..the room was clean and well-kept..but the bed was a bit small for a executive room..otherwise we have nothing to complain about..thanks...

We had a one night stay at The Senate before leaving for Munnar the next day. Our room was fine, small but clean but my sister and her husband who were traveling with us were given a room which had flocks of mosquitos behind the drapes so they had a terrible night.
