The room is dark with tiny window without AC, (hot and humid at night) curtains and bedsheets are old, wall paintings are peeled off... Wifi connection is unreliable, 15 min walk from center, No breakfast.... So why stay there? There're so many better options in the center...

Great price, as other people have mentioned. But, too hot at night, lots of Mosquitos in spite of the screen, and water damage and some mildew on the walls. Great spot, great rooms, great price. We had such a good time in Kochi because of Siyad, the homestay manager. He brought us to festivals and sights that we never would have found on our own (ask about the banana market in Ernakulam). Thanks Siyad for a great stay!!
