This hotel is in a lovely old heritage building. Our suite room was absolutely huge with interesting furniture and decor. The location is good, across the road from the Chinese fishing nets, near shopping, restaurants etc. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was OK, quite slow but the food we had was tasty enough.... More

We chose the Tower House because of our wonderful experience with the Hotel de l'Orient, another Neemrana Hotel property in Pondicherry, a few years ago. The Tower House starts with the same idea -- a more-or-less restored historic building in an even more historic neighborhood, antique furniture in the rooms and common areas -- but it doesn't seem to have... We were so impressed with this beautiful old place, thoughtfully and creatively restored. Perfect location and the rooms are really inspiring. We were less than impressed with the breakfast, which was not up to par for a place like this. The service also seemed distracted and we had to make requests several times. Improve the breakfast and the strength of... More

We really liked the Tower House, the rooms were lovely, showers good and the A/C worked! The only thing I would do to improve things were to make sure the staff had clean uniforms in the restaurant and that the table cloths were changed.....we looked at the dinner stains from the night before (that we made!) at breakfast. The towels... More

a beautiful very carefully renewed ancient house in colonial style next to the chinese fishing nets. would return there even if a little noisy because of the vivid square in front of the hotel. wonderful pool. good breakfast, very kind staff.

lot of privacy.like hotels which are full of character. like the other reviews below each room is different and big. plus you will never feel the place being crowded. we were disappointed with the menu first but had a chance to interact with the chef mahesh. we did have our dinners here which were made to order strictly off the... This property is in an amazing location right in front of the sea side promenade and very close to the major sight seeing locations. The rooms are excellent with each room having such unique pieces of furniture and history that you can spend hours just clicking pictures of them. The property has an amazing pool, good library. What was lacking... More

The Tower House is in an excellent location for the centre of Cochin and seafront . The service is excellent and the rooms are massive and well spread out. I wish I could have been there when it was in its heyday. Breakfast was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

we stayed here for 4 nights and it is such a lovely place. They call it the hotel that's not a hotel and that's because you can't quite put a label on it. We had a chance to look around in all the ten rooms and we could have stayed in any of them. the building, pool, garden and rooms... More
